RESTORING THE ORDER 2026 (DAY 6)

Today’s reflection is an invitation to slow down and remember that God’s presence is real, and it is personal. Scripture shows us there are dimensions of His presence, and one of them is His manifested presence, His “shekina,” when God makes Himself known in a way that cannot be ignored. But there’s more, the glory of God is not just a religious word. It is the “weightiness,” the worth of who God is, the beauty of His goodness, mercy, wisdom, and... Today’s reflection is an invitation to slow down and remember that God’s presence is real, and it is personal. Scripture shows us there are dimensions of His presence, and one of them is His manifested presence, His “shekina,” when God makes Himself known in a way that cannot be ignored. But there’s more, the glory of God is not just a religious word. It is the “weightiness,” the worth of who God is, the beauty of His goodness, mercy, wisdom, and kindness. When Moses said, “Show me your glory,” God answered by revealing His goodness. The glory of God is the whole of what makes Him worthy of worship. And when God’s glory comes, it is not empty. It comes with “the riches of his glory,” resources God lovingly supplies. Yet the greatest protocol is not perfect mechanics; it is a surrendered heart. God says, “I the Lord search the heart” (Jeremiah 17:10). He is drawn to sincerity, to a “broken and a contrite heart.” Consider the Scriptures you heard: - “Bless the Lord, O my soul, and all that is within me” (Psalm 103:1). - “We… are changed into the same image from glory to glory” (2 Corinthians 3:18). - “My God shall supply all your need according to his riches in glory” (Philippians 4:19). All of this points us to Jesus, Emmanuel, God with us. In Christ, God is not distant. He invites us beyond transactions into love. When we minister to Him, not rushing into requests, He responds, and His presence brings both encounters (that change us) and interventions (that help us). Reflect on this truth: when the glory comes, will you only reach for the breakthrough, or will you also welcome the transformation? God can heal and open doors, yes, but He also wants to make you more like Christ, to lift you into a place where you live from a new strength and a deeper faith. Take a quiet moment today and pray, “Lord, turn me from a user to a lover.” Let your worship be simple, honest, and yielded. Trust that as you seek His heart, He will not only meet your needs, He will shape your life with the weight of His glory.Read more
